What’s Toad Patrol? Come check it out!
Meet CCFS Program Coordinator Heather Thomson, Executive Director Meaghan Cursons and a few experienced Toad Patrollers at the main entrance to the Cumberland Forest Park (bottom of Sutton Rd yellow gate entrance) to learn about Western Toads and why we help to protect this species of conservation concern during their epic migration!
Try on the toad-hats and take photos with them!
Toad Patrol starts this Saturday July 27 and will run until the toads have dispersed enough to be less easily squashed on the trails. The migration usually lasts 2-3 weeks. Any questions? Want to join the Toad Patrol? Email HEATHER@CUMBERLANDFOREST.COM
