Located on beautiful Vancouver Island BC, Harmonic Arts is a growing plant medicine company founded in 2008 by Clinical Herbalists Yarrow and Angela Willard. Their passion for the medicinal power of plants inspired a diverse botanical dispensary and a wide offering of unique herbal formulations.
Harmonic Arts is located in the heart of the Village of Cumberland and owners Yarrow and Angela Willard are incredible examples of values and action aligning. They are Legacy Donors contributing well over $10,000 to the Cumberland Community Forest Society, an organization dedicated to purchasing and protecting privately held forested watershed lands surrounding the community.
“Our business is located right next to this forest so it makes so much sense to support this powerful cause right here in our community. We live by the idea that we must ‘”be the change we wish to see in the world”. We want to demonstrate the difference that business can make in land protection and be part of this important local effort to protect the forest that in turn protects the precious drinking water of our community”, says Yarrow Willard.
Harmonic Arts donates 1% of all their Herbal Tea and Elixir Blends sales to Cumberland Community Forest Society. In May of this year, Harmonic Arts donated another $6000 toward the upcoming purchase in the Perseverance Creek Watershed.
“The board of the Cumberland Community Forest Society extends profound thanks to Yarrow, Angela and Harmonic Arts for their incredible commitment to this project. We are humbled by your generosity.” says Evan Gough, Chair of the Cumberland Community Forest Society.
