Jason and Lisa Jackson of Hakai Energy Solutions have been strong supporters of the CCFS since their arrival in the Village and we are grateful for their longstanding friendship, and their significant role in helping us to protect the forests surrounding our community. Hakai is BC’s largest solar energy company with headquarters in Cumberland, Vancouver Island, on the Unceded Traditional Territory of the K’ómoks First Nation. Hakai specializes in designing and building integrated remote, off-grid power systems, both commercial and residential, to help reduce dependency on diesel generators. They work all over Western Canada, bringing cost-efficient and reliable energy solutions to tough, hard-to-reach locations.
